ISOTHERM™ develops and produces top quality reliable etched foil elements for heating surfaces and fluids through excellent heat exchange and thermal uniformity, generally with lower temperatures than those on other heaters. Etched foil heating elements come from printed circuit technology. They comprise a slim metal heating track (in aluminium, steel, nickel-chrome non-magnetic alloys, copper, constantan, etc.between two insulating sheets of silicone, polyester, polyimide, PTFE or mica.

Mica Heaters have superior heating performance while being flexible in one dimension. They consist of an etched foil element sandwiched in between two layers of mica plate and can operate at temperatures. The insulating material is phlogopite mica infused with a high-temperature resistant polymer. The infused polymer helps mica heaters to be formable during the manufacturing process. The final heat curing enhances the rigidity and sets the form. The excellent dielectric strength and high- temperature capability make mica heater a perfect choice for both convection and radiant heating. It can replace the traditional mica band heater in applications where installation space is limited.

Silicone Rubber Heaters make it possible to achieve energy efficient and extremely flexible heating solutions.
